Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun!
This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.

Medium impact dance routines
BE FIT
This class has medium impact dance routines designed to make you sweat! Use of resistance bands and floor work exercises are thrown in for a great well rounded workout and toning of the body.
This class is for all ages and shapes. Bring a mat and resistance bands to class (we have some here).

Shred fat, build strength
MUSCLE PUMP
This class is designed to shred excess fat while building strength and endurance. Class includes body weight exercises, dumbbells and finishes with core training then a stretch to complete the workout.
Each muscle group is used in this class, building strength and endurance in a low impact way. Muscle Pump is for everybody, especially for beginners who wish to learn more about resistance training. Bring a mat and water to class!

Loosen and stretch your body
HOT YOGA
Get warm while you work! Our muscles start to tighten up through the fall and winter, Hot Yoga helps to loosen and stretch those limbs.
Classroom will be heated to approx. 75 degrees to loosen up muscles as we stretch and then work into a flow. Wear layers for this class and bring a water.

Isometric strength training
BARRE
Barre is a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. The barre focuses on isometric strength training
along with high reps of small range movements. In laments terms this means you’ll be contracting a specific set of muscles to get strong, toned and feel a burn baby!!
Major benefits of Barre are improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss, increased flexibility and reduced stress.

Full-body cardio jam session
POUND
POUND is a full body cardio jam session, combining weighted rip-sticks with simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and is designed for all fitness levels.
This workout is the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized and toning up. Unleash your inner rockstar and make some noise!

Ride to your summit!
SPIN
Spin is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength and intervals. Not only is this class FUN it is great for building muscle and increasing cardio capacity. Spin is also a fat shredder, you can burn anywhere from 400-800 calories per session. Hit your fitness goals while listening to upbeat music with some great instructors! *We do have a wait list for spin, if someone cancels you receive a txt and an email to say you’re in. Minimum cancellation is 5 hours before.
Don’t let those words intimidate you, there is a modification given for each workout so you can start at your own pace and watch yourself build. This workout is for all levels!

Non-impact, postural alignment and flexibility
PILATES
Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises geared to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
This class emphasizes core workouts, strengthening your spine, while leaving your whole body feeling strong, flexible and toned.

Music driven workout
STRONG
STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Bring a mat and some water for this class. Class is for all levels.

Interval training, high intensity
TABATA
TABATA is all about interval training, creating a circuit of movements with high intensity for 20 seconds and then taking a 10 second rest.
This workout is designed to get your heart rate up for short periods of time making you burn more calories and FAT quicker than any other workout. Three rounds of 4 circuits each will leave you sweating and feeling great.
This class is for all types, modifications given to newcomers and rest periods between rounds are given.

Power camp and cross training circuit
RISE AND GRIND
This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic, and strength conditioning workout.
This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind before you start your busy day! Takes place on the lower level of the gym.

Cardio, weight, and machine
Pure Power Camp
Join Macanna in the lower level gym in a circuit style class! Alternate between the cardio, weight, and machine room to target different muscle groups and get in a full-body workout.
Each circuit lasts 4 minutes! Class is designed for all fitness levels, modifications and challenges are given to hit everyone’s personal level.

Low impact stretch
ALL FIT
This class is designed for those who need a low impact stretch, walk and balance class, beginners to group fitness or seniors!
ALL Fit works on core strength by incorporating balance training and light resistance bands. There is also a cardio workout with low impact to fun and uplifting music!
